The basic price includes such services as fortnightly cleaning together with changing of bedclothes, membership of the Mobility car-sharing scheme, high speed wifi, co-working facilities in the lobby, and the assistance of an individual contact person. Several other services can be added as required.
b20 provides you with a private space as well the possibility to enjoy some social contact.

I'm keen to rate, too
The location was a great surprise for me, just in front of the railway. By luck, it didn't bother me so much as expected, but perhaps it would be a big problem for some people. I was missing some cutlery at the beginning, but it was automatically solved some weeks later. There was a problem with the WIFI which was quickly sorted out after complaining, because it is a must for my work and also for private use. And finally there is a problem with the water coming out of the shower place which could be avoided with a swing glass door. I didn't complain because it wasn't that important, but sometimes it's a bit annoying
